If you’ve never been to Jenny Brook before, here are some of the rules of etiquette that should be followed so that everyone can have the best time possible!
Wristbands Required
Wristbands will be put on by the gate attendant. They must be kept visible at all times. This includes dogs too! We don’t want them to be left out. Do not remove or stretch.
Stay Hydrated and Protected
Take precautions for sunburn and dehydration. It also pays to be prepared for any kind of weather that might come your way.
Be Helpful
Sometimes people need help. Jenny Brook has the best fans around and really appreciate it when others lend a helping hand. If you help others, most likely, the favor will be returned with pleasure.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all concert and vendor areas.
Harassment-Free
Help us to provide a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do NOT tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
Children
All children are to be under adult supervision.
Substance Abuse
This is a Family Oriented Event, no display of alcohol or disorderly behavior will be allowed in the stage area. Irresponsible or unsafe use of alcohol on the grounds or possession/use/sale of illegal drugs will not be tolerated.
Photography
Visitors agree to be photographed, or filmed as part of the audience. All video, photo, and audio materials acquired on the festival site are subject to be used in promotional materials.
Waste
Jenny Brook asks guests to voluntarily reduce what you bring, use, and leave at the festival. Also, leave your campsite and area around your chair in the concert area the way you found it.

As soon as you arrive at the gates you are officially part of the Jenny Brook Family. It takes everyone to make Jenny Brook what it is, one of the best festivals in the northeast! We need the volunteers, entertainers, vendors, and most importantly the fans like YOU to make Jenny Brook a weekend to remember.
TUESDAY ENTRY
- When you drive off the Main Road a Jenny Brook Volunteer will greet you.
- The volunteer will put one of our famous Jenny Brook Windshield Stickers on your vehicle.
- The stickers will be numbered and that is the order you will enter the festival gates.
- Rows will be marked out and you will be guided behind the person who arrived before you.
- If you’d like to enter in with someone else you need to arrive at the same time.
- With this procedure, cutting in line will NOT be possible.
NOTE: If you’ll need a dump pass for Sunday you’ll need to purchase it at the gate. They will not be sold at the Dump Station.
WEDNESDAY thru SUNDAY ENTRY

CAMPING INFORMATION
Some fans have called Jenny Brook the postcard festival. We hope you’ll find time to sit back at your campsite to relax and enjoy the beautiful Vermont scenery. Your multi-day pass includes camping with no hookups and access to all stages. The grounds are very flat, perfect for camping! We offer both flush and portable toilets. Showers are free and located up top near the fair office. See the map in your program to find locations. Unfortunately, we can not allow fires. There are antique buildings scattered throughout the grounds so it isn’t safe. Please respect the no fire policy.
We sell both prepaid utility sites and sites at the gate. There are limited numbers sold.
PREPAID UTILITY SITES
Prepaid sites are reserved sites. Customers who prepaid for June the previous year will be offered the first chance and if they decide to not purchase it then it will be available to others. The prepaid sites are bundled with a 6 Day Pass.
UTILITY SITES AT GATE
Utility sites are available for sale at the gate while they last. The earlier in the week you arrive the better chance you will have of getting one.
RV DUMPING
The dump station can be seen on the map in your program book on Sunday. You can get one at the advance rate or you can get one at the gate price when you arrive. If you didn’t get it at the gate when you arrive, you can purchase one from the Jenny Brook Gift Shop. Money is not accepted at the Dump Station so be sure to purchase a pass before going there.
Each vehicle must always display a valid registration sticker in the window.
The gate attendant will put wristbands on all entrants. They must be worn at all times, if you are found without one you will be asked to purchase one or leave the grounds.
Pets are welcome as long as they have proper immunization records and are wearing their wristband on their collar. They must be kept on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and must not be left unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately.
Pets are not allowed in any of the concert or vendor areas. They are prohibited due to health codes.
Generators must be turned off from 10 pm - 7 am, they are for intermittent use. Please be courteous to others when using it during the day.
The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers and we supplement the facilities with portable toilets. Please inform a staff member should they need cleaning or supplies. Locations can be seen on the map included in your program.
No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, or golf carts are to be driven in the festival grounds except staff golf carts.
Fires are not permitted due to the antique buildings throughout the festival grounds. You can use camp stoves or hibachi-style grills for cooking.
Will be available for purchase at the Jenny Brook Gift Shop.
RV “Pump Outs” are available from our portable toilet company for a fee. Check the program book for his scheduled days so you can flag down the driver as he makes his rounds. In emergencies, you can call him and for an extra fee, he will come to the festival for you.
Please dispose of your trash in the appropriate cans around the grounds. You may place cans in our RECYCLING bins located in the vendor area.
Gray water and other direct discharges on the ground from camping vehicles and trailers are not permitted. Holding tanks or other appropriate containers must be emptied at the dump station or other suitable facility.
The dump station can be seen on the map in your program book. The advance fee before June 1st is $15 and the gate fee is $25. Dump Passes are also available at the Jenny Brook Gift Shop. You must purchase before going to the Dump Station on Sunday.

Of course you can–we encourage 24 hour field picking. We have a jam that takes place after the Main Stage show ends at the Sugar House Stage. You should lock up your instrument when not using it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
There is a fee to bring your dog. Price depends on when you purchase the ticket. Dogs are not allowed for day attendees.
- They are NOT allowed in concert or concession areas.

We are located on the 1st Branch of the White River and many fans like to go swimming while attending the festival. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Unauthorized vending is not permitted. If you are not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds.
We do not accept credit cards at the gate but there is an ATM located at the gate entrance. You can also prepay online and use your credit card.
Many of our vendors accept credit cards or you can use our on-site ATM located in the vendor area.
They will be located at the gate and at the Information Booth located at the Jenny Brook Store. Our Jenny Brook Program includes the schedule and we also have single sheet schedules.
It can vary from a high in the 80’s and as low as high 40’s at night. We recommend layers of clothing and don’t forget rain gear just in case!

No. This includes bicycles, Segways, and motorized carts. These are fairground policies. Only approved festival vehicles are allowed on the festival grounds.

Yes. You can bring your cooler onto festival grounds. We ask that no beverage or food be brought in glass containers. They are not allowed.
Definitely – when you arrive at the gate they will direct you to that area. You can also have a ride into the festival grounds on a golf car.

Yes! Tickets are available at the gate or they can be purchased online at any time. We advise you to take advantage of our Early Bird pricing and get your tickets before the festival gates open!

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can sell or give your pass to another person.
If you place an online order you will print out your tickets after your order is completed. If you place your order in the mail and provide your email address you will receive an email from Tix where you can print your tickets. If you do not have an email, we will mail your tickets.
If you don’t have access to a printer let us know and we’ll be glad to print them for you.
A utility site includes water, electric and a dump station pass. No air conditioners or electric heaters allowed.
Your paid weekend admission to the festival includes free parking, free rough camping, free showers and access to all stages.
For your children, we offer free kids crafts & activities, free movie night and free Kids Academy.

Of course! Children 17 and under are Free as long as they are accompanied by a paying parent or grandparent, (NOT AN OLDER FRIEND).
Participation in the Kids Academy does NOT give family members free admission to the festival.
Yes, it’s free and there is plenty of it. There will be a sign for Day Parking. After you park you can then walk to the gate. If you have difficulty walking you can notify the parking attendant and they will arrange for you to have a ride in on a golf cart.
Day attendees that plan to spend the night are required to the premises by 8 am the next day. You’ll be required to park in the day parking area.

Your pass includes overnight camping but you’ll need to leave the grounds by noon on Monday. If you have a day pass, that is valid from 8 am the day you purchase it to 8 am the next day.

In the past, we have experienced all types of weather at Jenny Brook. We recommend layers of clothing. It may rain so don’t forget your poncho. We don’t want you to get sunburned either, so please bring your sunscreen! Don’t forget your lawn chair.
The official start of the festival is actually on Thursday but the gates open Tuesday at noon for early arrivals.
Jenny Brook will take place rain or shine. The only delay is for lightning or severe weather, however, the festival will resume when it is deemed safe to do so. There are large spectator tents available for rain or shine! We do have inside facilities available for longer durations of bad weather.
Quiet parking is available in the designated area. Be sure to ask the gate attendant when you arrive and they’ll be sure to direct you to the correct area.
