Rooted across New England, Timothy brings thoughtful musicianship, lively picking, and a fresh spirit to traditional bluegrass. The band features Walker Russell on guitar and lead vocals, Gretchen Bowder on banjo, Jeff Smith on mandolin, Julie Metcalf on fiddle, and John Savold on bass. What began as a happy accident became official after Timothy won the Crooked River Gathering’s inaugural band contest, bringing together five musicians whose chemistry is as memorable as their music.
