Yes it’s free and there is plenty of it. There will be a sign for Day Parking. After you park you can then walk to the gate. If you have difficulty walking you can ride in on a golf cart.
If you place an online order you will print out your tickets after your order is completed. If you place your order in the mail we will mail your tickets.
If you don’t have access to a printer let us know and we’ll be glad to print them for you.
Your paid weekend admission to the festival includes free parking, free rough camping, free showers and access to all stages.
For your children we offer free kids crafts & activities, free movie night and free Kids Academy.
Day passes include all the stages but are required to leave the grounds at midnight. If you wish to spend the night you can pay the $10 fee but need to leave the festival grounds before 8:00 am.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Official start of the festival is actually on Thursday. Early Birds are welcome but there is an additional $10 per day (per person) fee.
Of course! Children 16 ad under are Free and 17 & 18 are half off the adult price as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult.
Day attendees that plan to stay past midnight are required to pay $15 and leave the premises by 8 am the the next day unless they possess a ticket for that day.
You can pay an additional $10 per person and spend the night on Sunday but you need to leave the grounds before noon on Monday.

Participation in the Kids Academy does not give family members free admission to the festival.
Jenny Brook will take place rain or shine. The only delay is for lightning or severe weather, however, the festival will resume when it is deemed safe to do so. There are large spectator tents available for rain or shine!
Yes. You can bring your cooler onto festival grounds. But remember … no public display of alcoholic beverages in the concert area. No glass bottles or containers.
In the past 15 years we have experienced all types of weather at Jenny Brook. We recommend layers of clothing. It may rain so don’t forget your poncho. We don’t want you to get sunburned either, so please bring your sunscreen! Don’t forget your lawn chair.

There is a fee to bring your dog. Price depends on when you purchase the ticket. Dogs are not allowed for day attendees.
- They are not allowed in the concert or concession area.
- You need to keep them on a leash and pick up after them.
- Do not leave them unattended at campsite if they bark.
- Aggressive dogs ARE NOT allowed at the festival. An aggressive dog is defined as any dog that is a threat to dogs or people by virtue of a single incident or history of unprovoked acts of aggression against people or animals.
These are strict rules that have to be followed or you will be asked to leave.
Of course you can–we encourage 24 hour field picking. We have a jam that takes place after the Main Stage show ends at the Sugar House Stage. There is also a new “Pickin’ Place” this year. You can read more about it in the Program Book when you arrive at the festival.

NO. Because of the numerous antique buildings on the fairgrounds, camp fires are NOT allowed.
We are located on the 1st Branch of the White River and many fans like to go swimming while attending the festival.
Yes there is! Ask at the gate when you arrive and they will show you where it is.
ICE is available at the Sugar House which is located beside the concert area.
Of course you can! We take pride in having fans age range from infants to over 100 years old.
Yes. There is a dump station you can use on your way out for a $15 fee. In the Program Book there will be a phone number you can call and they will come and pump your camper out during the festival.
